Santa Clara Salsa
It's a Southern Utah favorite!
Santa Clara Salsa was started by Denise Webster in 2008 She brought some of her homemade salsa to a networking meeting and it was gone within a couple of minutes. They use all fresh ingredients and the salsa is incredible!
Since she uses fresh ingredients not all salsas are available all the time. A favorite flavor is the Avocado Tomatillo Salsa.
Santa Clara Salsa is availabale at the Lins in St. George. It doesn't last long so you have to know when it's going to Lins because its gone shortly.

Some of the other flavors include raspberry jalapeno, black bean and corn salsa and pico de gallo salsa.
